Characterization of NM nanoparticles. The NM nanoparticles formation was processed through salting out with potassium phosphate. The NM nanoparticles were completely washed with pure water and air-dried on a gold-coated silicon, and subsequently observed under Hitachi scanning electron microscope (Japan, S-4700) with HV as 15 kV. The nanoparticles were magnified 5000× (a) and 10,0000× (b) One hundred microliters NM solution (2.5 mg/mL) was mixed with 1 mL 2 M potassium phosphate buffer at a pH of 8.0 and was incubated at room temperature for 2 h.
